Flange Packs
At EGW Water & Plumbing, we supply an extensive inventory of products for plumbing, waterworks, and natural gas utilities, including a wide range of flange packs. Our White Rhino line of flange packs are available in a variety of sizes and come packaged with a gasket and material-specific hex cap screws and nuts, including plain, zinc plated, and 304 & 316 stainless steel. Gaskets also come in your choice of materials, such as red SBR and non-asbestos. Other materials available upon request, like black SBR, nitrile, neoprene, EPDM, cloth inserted, Viton and Teflon.
Flange Pack Gaskets
White Rhino flange pack gaskets come in your choice of a variety of materials, our most popular being red rubber SBR and non-asbestos. Our Styrene Butadiene Rubber Red Rubber gaskets are used in standard water applications and meet ASME B16.21 dimensional requirements. The flange gaskets adhere to AWWA C111/A21.11-07 requirements and can be supplied in a 1/16” or 1/8” thickness. They are available as both full face and ring gaskets.
The asbestos free gasket material is based on a combination of aramid and other synthetic fibers with NBR binder ASTM – D2000. They have excellent oil and fuel resistance combined with good stress relaxation and high tensile strength. The flange gaskets meet I/A/W ANSI/ASME B16.21 (Series A) dimensional requirements and can be supplied in a 1/16” or 1/8” thickness. These are also available in both full face and ring gaskets configurations.
Other flange pack gasket materials available include black SBR, nitrile, neoprene, EPDM, cloth inserted, Viton and Teflon.
Flange Pack Hex Cap Screws and Nuts
We offer a wide selection of hex cap screws and nuts to go along with the gaskets to complete the flange pack. Material options include plain (grade A, grade B, or grade 5), zinc plated, and 304 or 316 stainless steel. Information sheets containing their full specifications are available.
