Our MJ bolt sets are available in a variety of sizes and come packaged with a gasket and material-specific t-head bolts and heavy hex nuts, including plain, 304 & 316 stainless steel, or xylan coated. Bulk t-head bolts by the bucket are available.

We offer MJ bolt set t-heads in ASTM F593 316 stainless steel, ASTM F593 304 stainless steel, & ASTM A242 high strength low alloy weathering steel in plain or xylan coating. All t-heads are manufactured to the latest requirements of AWWA C111/A21.11-00 and with a class 2A thread fit and mate with class 2B Nuts. The MJ bolt set heavy hex nuts are available in the same materials and are also manufactured to the latest requirements of AWWA C111/A21.11-00 and meet dimensional specification ANSI/ASME B16.

Our MJ bolt set gaskets are manufactured from vulcanized styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and meet the latest requirements of ANSI/AWWA C111/A21.11-00. They possess a minimum tensile strength of 1,500 and a minimum elongation of 150%. Full mechanical joint bolt set specification sheets are available.
