EGW logoEffective Monday, March 16th, EGW has taken the necessary steps outlined by the CDC and other local health organizations specifically designed to protect the health and safety of teammates, customers and communities.

Below are some changes we have in place to maintain a safe and effective workplace while continuing to provide you a high level customer experience:

• Select office based teams will be working from their home office to reduce the concentration of employees in the workplace.

• Customer service and sales representatives will continue to be available by phone and email to process orders and answer your questions.

• Deliveries will continue to be made via freight lines and UPS.

• In person sales calls will be conducted when a mutually agreed upon need has been identified by EGW & our customer.

Our corporate office in Carrollton will continue to be open during normal business hours for any customer needs. Our partnerships are critical to the success of our company and we are here for any needs you may have.
